CASA DE LORI | Garden Area

This simple multifunctional wooden house is made of natural Nordic spruce wood. It is composed of prefabricated panels 15 mm thick.

The floor dimensions of the In-Out 4 multifunctional house are 266 x 186 cm, with a central access 82 cm wide without threshold. The wall height of the multifunctional cover is 190 cm, with a total height of 207 cm. Includes all fixings and L-shaped anchors to secure to the ground.

The internal measurements of the In-Out 4 wooden house are 256 x 176 cm, for a useful surface area of ​​4.49 m². This additional space is ideal for the garden, but also for an internal patio or terrace, where you can store garbage cans, bicycles, firewood or other items.

The roof of the  multipurpose log cabin  is a backward-sloping single-pitch roof with a pitch of 2.9º = 5.1%. The dimensions of the cover are 273 x 200 cm. The roof of the multifunctional house is made up of OSB panels + 1.5mm tar paper for correct waterproofing.
