Product Availability & Orders

We offer a wide range of products, some of which are available for immediate delivery, while others are ordered specifically for our customers.

Delivery times can vary depending on the item purchased. Orders may take between 5 and 20 working days to arrive, depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.

Products listed in our In Stock section are normally delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.

If you would like to confirm the availability of a particular item before placing an order, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Collection from Store

You're welcome to collect your order from our St. Julian's shop.

Collection is available for:

  • In-stock items

  • Special order items

  • Online purchases

We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

We provide free delivery throughout Malta and Gozo using Borgè Group's delivery service.

Delivery Notes

Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of the delivery address.

Where items need to be transported to upper floors and access is limited, a furniture lifter may be required. We can help arrange this through one of our trusted partners if needed.

Please note that any permits required for the use of a furniture lifter must be obtained from the relevant Local Council by the customer.

Assembly & Installation

Some products are supplied in flat-pack packaging and may require assembly.

Installation and assembly services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information and pricing.

Checking Your Order

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

Any missing, damaged, or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

To help us resolve any issues quickly, please include photographs and a brief description when contacting us.
