Should you encounter any issues, rest assured that our withdrawal policy is designed to address your concerns promptly and effectively. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly described product, please notify us within 7 days. You have the option to receive a replacement product at no extra charge. Please note that certain used products, such as blenders or pet hair clippers, may not be eligible for withdrawal rights as per legal regulations. However, we're committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you in such cases. Please be aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or professionals invoiced with a VAT number, in accordance with current online purchase laws.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service to schedule a home collection by the courier. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the standard withdrawal form or an explicit declaration of your intention to withdraw from the contract, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Use.
